Tip

If you’re stuck in a spinning loop, start with: Force Stop → Clear Cache → Reopen.

Good to know

Most “channels not working” issues are device/app-related (cache, player, ISP blocks, VPN, time sync).

Common fixes

Fast answers for the most common problems.

It’s just spinning / stuck loading
  1. Force stop the app.
  2. Clear cache (not data first), reopen and test.
  3. If still stuck: clear data / reset app login, then sign in again.
  4. Restart the device (power off fully, unplug 30 seconds, back on).
  5. Check for app + device OS updates.
Some channels work, others don’t
  1. Switch player (built-in ↔ external, if your app supports it).
  2. Toggle VPN (try ON, then OFF). Some ISPs block specific streams.
  3. Change DNS (Google: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 or Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1).
  4. Test on mobile hotspot to rule out your home ISP.
Invalid details / login not working
  1. Check for spaces (especially at the end).
  2. Make sure the format matches the app type (username/password vs URL format).
  3. Clear app data and re-enter carefully.
  4. Confirm your device date/time is set to automatic.
Buffering / freezing
  1. Restart router + device (unplug router 30 seconds).
  2. Test speed on the device (not just your phone).
  3. Try Ethernet (or move closer to router / 5GHz Wi-Fi).
  4. Use VPN if your ISP throttles streaming.
  5. Lower stream quality if available.
